Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Urim, a software service provided by Urim Church Analytics ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 14014 Frio Dr., Baytown, TX 77523. By accessing or using Urim, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Urim is a read-only dashboard that connects to your Planning Center Online ("PCO") account via OAuth and displays your church's data — including people, events, groups, and trend analytics — in a unified interface. Urim does not modify, create, or delete any data in your PCO account.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to Urim requires an active Planning Center account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized by your organization to connect its Planning Center account to Urim.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Urim is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is tiered by active member count:

• Starter (under 500 members): $49/month
• Growth (500–1,999 members): $99/month
• Community (2,000–9,999 members): $199/month
• Network (10,000+ members): $299/month
• Custom: tailored pricing for organizations with specific dashboard needs, by arrangement

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Urim for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or harms our infrastructure

6. Data and Privacy

Urim fetches data from Planning Center on your behalf using your OAuth credentials. Individual member records (names, emails, phone numbers) are fetched live and never stored by us. We do store daily aggregated snapshots — such as total member counts, group counts, and demographic breakdowns — to power historical trend charts. These snapshots contain no personally identifiable information about your congregation members. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

7. Intellectual Property

Urim and all associated software, design, and content are the property of Urim Church Analytics. You retain all rights to your church's data. We claim no ownership over any data pulled from Planning Center.

8. Disclaimers

Urim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Planning Center Online.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urim Church Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Urim at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease at the end of your billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of Urim after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
